Return Policy 

Refunds

For defective products, our company will evaluate the condition of the product before giving reimbursement. The customer will be given a choice to receive a complimentary order for the same product or request for a full refund. This is only applicable for defective products, mistaken orders or packages lost during shipment.

You can request a refund within 30 days after receiving the item. Refund will be processed through the mode of payment the customer made the purchase.

If you haven’t received the bank statement for the refund, first check your bank account again then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Allow between 5-10 business days.

Exchange & Returns

We will replace items if they are defective, damaged or lost during shipment. We do not accept any exchange or returns for our products regardless of its condition as the products are shipped directly from our suppliers. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@thevarietyclub.com
