Processing time: Order verification
All orders are sent to our supplier for shipment. The supplier and the shipping company process the orders, which takes about 2–5 business days.
Shipping time: The time taken from the warehouse to your address
For US addresses, shipping time usually takes between 12 - 30 days after processing. It may take a longer time to arrive during the holiday seasons due to delayed logistics and customs clearings.
We track all our packages carefully and ensure that it reaches you safely. We offer a FULL REFUND if you did not receive your order!
*Shipping time to Canada, European and other international countries might take a longer time due to customs clearance. (Estimated time of shipping & delivery: 2 months)
*Full refund will be given if item is out of stock, severely damaged goods (with evidence), loss of package during delivery.
*We will not be liable for loss of package if customer has provided an incorrect shipping address
By using this website, you fully consent to the processing described therein and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate and up to date. You are responsible for maintaining and promptly updating account information for accuracy and completeness.
For defective products, our company will evaluate the condition of the product before giving reimbursement. The customer will be given a choice to receive a complimentary order for the same product or request for a full refund. This is only applicable for defective products, mistaken orders or packages lost during shipment.
You can request a refund within 30 days after receiving the item. Refund will be processed through the mode of payment the customer made the purchase.
If you haven’t received the bank statement for the refund, first check your bank account again then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Allow between 5-10 business days.

Exchange & Returns
We will replace items if they are defective, damaged or lost during shipment. We do not accept any exchange or returns for our products regardless of its condition as the products are shipped directly from our suppliers.
